Terms of Purchase

Selecting a Product

The customer has the option to choose and order from the products of the online store. By clicking on the selected product, the customer can view its detailed description. If the customer intends to purchase, the desired product can be placed into a virtual shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

By clicking the “View Cart” button, you can see the products placed in the cart during the purchase, as well as the total amount of the invoice and the shipping cost. Here you can check the accuracy of your order, with special attention to prices and quantities, which can be modified or corrected as needed. The cart automatically calculates the final total of the order.

Submitting the Order

If you find the quantity of products in the cart appropriate, have checked the total amount, and decided to purchase them, simply click the “Checkout” button. Our online store allows purchases without registration, therefore you can choose from three options:

  • log in as an already registered customer
  • register as a new customer
  • purchase without registration

If you have previously purchased from our store, please enter the email address and password provided during your earlier registration. If you wish to register as a new customer, please enter the information required for the purchase, which the system will store so that next time you only need to log in. In case of purchasing without registration, please provide your billing and shipping address.

In the next step, please select the shipping method that suits you:

  • Home delivery
  • Personal pickup at our store (at a pre-arranged time)

After that, you must choose a payment method that suits you:

  • bank transfer – (upon placing your order, you will be notified by email that your order has been placed in “pending status”; once the transferred amount arrives in our bank account, we will activate your order and provide all necessary further information by email)
  • cash on delivery – (cash payment in case of home delivery, to the courier upon receipt of the parcel)
  • cash – (at our store, at a pre-arranged time)

If you agree with the contents of the order, click the “Place Order” button to submit your order.

Prices

Our prices are list prices valid at the time of ordering and can be found next to the products in the online store. Prices are gross prices and include VAT, but do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process before finalizing the order and are also available in the Terms of Purchase. If an error or omission occurs in the online store regarding products or prices, we reserve the right to make corrections. In such cases, we will immediately inform the customer of the new information after recognizing or correcting the error. The customer may then confirm the order again or either party may withdraw from the contract.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Correction of Data Entry Errors

You have the opportunity to correct data entry errors before clicking the “Place Order” button.

Confirmation

We send email confirmation for every order. This means that after submitting your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of the order. For telephone coordination, please contact customer service or call any of the phone numbers provided in the email.

Payment Terms

In our store, payment is possible by bank transfer, cash, or cash on delivery. In the latter case, the full purchase price including shipping costs must be paid in cash to the courier upon receipt of the shipment.

Shipping

The delivery time of the product is indicated by the online store during the checkout process and is also included in the confirmation email. You may coordinate the delivery time using the phone number provided in the confirmation email.

Shipping fees:
Our shipping fees are uniform throughout the country. We currently do not offer shipping outside Hungary.

Withdrawal from Delivery

If the online store cannot fulfill its contractual obligation because the product specified in the contract is not available or the ordered service cannot be provided, it is obliged to inform the customer. The online store does not enter into contracts with minors. By accepting the commercial terms, the customer declares that they are of legal age.

Return of the Product

We accept returned products only in their original condition and packaging, complete in quantity and quality. We are unable to accept parcels sent with postage due (recipient pays).

Conditions of Contract Formation

The language of the contract is Hungarian; the concluded contract shall be considered/not considered a written contract. The concluded contract is registered/not registered and will/will not be accessible later.

Right of Withdrawal / Return Guarantee

The customer may withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received. The seller is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer without delay, but no later than within thirty days following the withdrawal.

The customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if they have already begun using the ordered product as intended.

The customer bears the costs related to returning the goods due to exercising the right of withdrawal. No other costs shall be borne by the customer. However, the seller may claim compensation for damages resulting from improper use of the goods. If the goods returned under the right of withdrawal are not in flawless, resalable condition, the customer is liable for damages if the deterioration, destruction, or other impediment to return was caused intentionally or through negligence.

If, upon opening the package in the presence of the delivery person (postal worker or courier), it becomes evident that the product is demonstrably damaged and the damage occurred prior to receipt, we will immediately ensure the return of the product and cancellation of the sale. Any damage or missing content must be recorded in a report between the delivering and receiving parties at the time of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for missing content or damage reported afterwards.

Retention of Ownership

The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment of the purchase price. In the case of incorrect or unaccepted orders, the product is returned to stock under the name of the “new” owner, and after a subsequent successful sale, the consideration is paid to the new owner.

Modification or Cancellation of Orders

Pursuant to Act CVIII of 2001, upon placing an order, the online store software immediately sends a notification to the customer confirming receipt of the order. This notification does not constitute a contract between the seller and the customer. It merely informs the customer that their order request has been registered by the system and forwarded to the seller’s authorized staff.

If this notification does not reach the customer within 48 hours, the customer’s obligation to make an offer ceases.
Until the seller begins fulfilling the order, the customer has the option to cancel the order electronically. When fulfillment begins, the customer will receive notification by email and/or phone about the expected duration and the fact that fulfillment has started; after this point, the order can only be canceled in person or via the contact details found under the “Customer Service” or “Contact” menu items.

Any subsequent modification of the order may only be made in written form, via email.
